Primary school visit to explore landscape architecture with pupils

Matt and I visited Stebon Primary School in Poplar, next to Bartlett Park, on Friday morning. Whilst the aim was to get the kids on site to look at the park (from the right side of the Heras fencing), the weather doom meant we stayed in class and instead talked about landscape architecture as well as creating a new bridge and playground (in place of existing warehouses) to link their school to Bartlett Park over the canal! The kids loved it and really engaged well, producing their own sketch ideas.

We plan to return in the spring to show them their new canal side space first-hand.
