Most of our design work uses 3D modelling so a knowledge of Revit is an advantage for all architectural positions and excellent design and strong communication skills are essential.

We ensure that everyone in the Practice has the tools and confidence to continually grow. For all new staff, development starts with a thorough induction and skills assessment to determine training requirements. Our structured annual review process includes goal setting and an individualised training programme, whether for software, management or project-related skills.

With a postgraduate degree in urban design or related qualification, with at least three years’ post-graduate experience. The role requires a track record of UK-based project-running at all stages, preferably with regeneration and housing experience. Good knowledge of urban design best practice and UK planning policy is essential.

To provide support to the CDM Lead and our design teams across all studios. Ensure compliance with our statutory duties and manage our quality management (QMS) processes. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy required. Previous experience necessary.
