Most of our design work uses 3D modelling so a knowledge of Revit is an advantage for all architectural positions and excellent design and strong visual presentation skills are essential.
To support our project teams with day-to-day Revit modelling tasks and maintain the Practice standards. The role requires a RIBA Part I or architectural technology degree (or equivalent overseas qualification), as well as advanced knowledge of Revit, with a minimum of two years’ in practice experience is required.
To support the Practice on the selection, copywriting and editing of bids and submissions, working closely with the Bid Coordinator as part of the Business Development team.
To work in collaboration with our creative teams to produce high quality architectural models, including prototypes and presentation, concept and process models.
The role involves a wide range of general office duties to support the day-to-day smooth running of the Practice, which include printing, binding, filing, reception cover, keeping the office tidy and presentable, running errands and so on. The successful candidate should be well organised and proactive, with good communication skills.
The role requires up to five years’ post-qualification experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and leading projects from inception to planning.
With two to three years post-Part II experience. Good all-rounder and excellent design skills required.
