Most of our design work uses 3D modelling so a knowledge of Revit is an advantage for all architectural positions and excellent design and strong visual presentation skills are essential.
With up to five years’ post-Part 2 experience. The role requires a track record of UK-based project-running at all stages, preferably with regeneration and housing experience. A good knowledge of urban design best practice and UK planning policy required.
To provide support to our design teams across all studios where we are appointed under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. This is a key role ensuring compliance with our statutory duties and maintaining our quality management processes.
With between one to three years’ post-CMLI experience. Strong presentation skills, an awareness of technical detailing and a passion for design required, to work on projects of all scales from concept to implementation.
