Most of our design work uses 3D modelling so a knowledge of Revit is an advantage for all architectural positions and excellent design and strong visual presentation skills are essential.
To support our project teams with day to day Revit modelling tasks and to maintain the Practice standards. An advanced knowledge of Revit with a minimum of two years’ in practice experience is required, as well as a strong ability to communicate ideas both verbally and visually.
To support the Graphic Designer and studios with the production of materials for marketing and project work. Should have an interest in architecture and good knowledge of Adobe CC and MS Office, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Powerpoint.
With between two to five years’ post-CMLI experience. Strong presentation skills, an awareness of technical detailing and a passion for design required, to work on projects of all scales from concept to implementation.
With a strong knowledge of UK housing and plenty of experience leading on medium to large projects, complemented by excellent team management and client facing skills. We anticipate the ideal applicant will have at least seven years’ post-Part 2 experience.
With outstanding design skills. The role requires four years’ minimum post-Part 2 experience, as well as a track record of UK-based project-running at all stages. Experience of housing projects is an advantage.
With up to five years’ post-Part 2 experience. The role requires a track record of UK-based project-running at all stages, preferably with regeneration and housing experience. A good knowledge of urban design best practice and UK planning policy required.
