Levitt Bernstein was commissioned to design a mixed-use development, comprising a 50,000 sq ft supermarket, 8 sublets, two levels of parking, 79 apartments for sale, with associated gym, and 81 apartments and maisonettes for rent and shared ownership at a density of 640hr/ha.
This project achieved new standards in urban high density housing in London, integrating commercial uses at street level and mixed tenure accommodation above. This scheme has also responded to complex Rights of Light issues on the constrained urban site.
The private and social housing both have a communal landscaped courtyard and most flats have private balconied terraces.
