A new community building within the Levitt Bernstein masterplan for the rebuilt 1,000 dwelling Holly Street housing estate.

The design was developed in consultation with the estate residents and contains a multi-purpose sports hall, community meeting rooms, events and performance space,  cafe, meeting rooms and an IT suite.
