As part of the regeneration of Bermondsey Spa, Southwark PCT identified the need for improved primary health care in the area.

Phase II of the regeneration is centred around a 1,400m2 Primary Health Care Centre. This flagship scheme incorporates facilities for 9 GP and child health facilities on the ground floor, with a mix of office accommodation and further clinic rooms on the first floor.
Parking is at the rear of the building in a secure courtyard. Above the Health Centre the building rises to 9 floors with 114 flats, entered from their own separate core.
