This mixed development comprises sporting uses, private and public housing, retail and offices. Facilities include a new swimming pool, gym, sports hall and spa with a crèche.

The leisure facilities include a four lane, 25m main pool equipped for swimming, children’s activity pool, two water slides, steam rooms, saunas, gym and aerobics study.

A mix of apartments, across a range of tenures, and offices were built above. The distinctive building form was generated by the need to provide a column-free space with clear visibility of all parts of the pools for the lifeguards.

Levitt Bernstein gained planning permission and completed some elements of detailed design prior to Design and Build developer tender.
