The development was approved unanimously at Southwark's planning committee on 27th March and is comprised of 20% large family dwellings. This scheme forms part of Levitt Bernstein's ongoing involvement in the regeneration of the area.
The scheme integrates an unusually high provision of private amenity space for each home in this urban setting. All homes are dual aspect, with private gardens or large balconies. The scheme utilises extended access decks at upper levels in front of dwelling entrances to create additional private amenity space. Bespoke, built-in cycle stores for each home are integrated into each dwelling entrance.
