We are very pleased to announce that two of our projects have been shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards 2012. Both Vaudeville Court in Islington and Dawes Road in Fulham have been shortlisted in the 'Project Schemes' category.
Vaudeville Court, Islington
Levitt Bernstein's winning entry in an open architectural competition to develop a new, exemplary architectural and landscape model for affordable family housing in Islington. The competition required the ideas to be applied to a specific site, Vaudeville Court in Finsbury Park. Our design is underpinned by the sustainable concept of 'homesown', growing your own fruit and vegetables.

Dawes Road, Hammersmith & Fulham
This is the conversion of a late Victorian Church school building and gatehouse to create new apartments and a new community 'hub'. The buildings are classed locally as Buildings of Merit and great care has been taken to respect and preserve existing architectural features while extending and improving the buildings to meet high environmental standards.
